Basic, relatively clean-ish hotel that is well-located and reasonably priced, with friendly staff. However, their clientele (at least when we were there) seemed to be mostly teenagers and college students. It was extremely noisy--doors slamming and loud conversation and shouting at all hours, cigarette and marijuana smoke drifting in from other rooms that had their windows open. Definitely a party hotel and not for adults who want a good night's sleep. Bedding, bathroom, and kitchen area seemed to be clean, but not the walls and trim which were dotted with grimy fingerprints and smudges.

A very clean and comfortable room. Everything needed for a stay. Easy walking distance to the centre with many small bistro's and bars along the route.

We feel deceived as stated by others. Room service is not included, not even new toilet paper, simply nada. You only learn about this after checking in. The "gym" is only three fitness machines and no weights or anything at all, the pool is not operational. You have to take out your own trash. They ask for 150 euro deposit which you only learn about when you check in. Can not fathom how this place is a four star establishment.

Staff is quite rude and inexperienced. Definitely not to the standards of a 4 star hotel. The room A/C was not working, room was very hot although it was mid if October and the front desk staff told me that from September till May there’s no A/C in the entire hotel. I checked in at 17:00 and check out at 22:00 same day, wasting 110 euros and ending in Crown Plaza hotel with the same number of stars, proper A/C, and a super professional staff. Think twice before booking this hotel. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED

Excellent value - nice modern room, great Aircon, all clean and comfy. Nice quiet area with local bars and shops, but also an easy walk to the centre of town. Recommended!
